The room was impeccably clean and spacious, easily accommodating my needs as a solo traveler. The free breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options such as fresh cut fruit and make-your-own waffles. Despite the hotel being under renovation, I found the staff friendly and attentive, making sure my comfort was a priority. One downside was the lack of variety in the bathroom amenities, which could be enhanced to align with the overall quality of the hotel.

While exploring Wooster, we hit the jackpot at Tumbleweed Tex Mex Grill—a flavor fiesta! The breakfast at Hampton wasn’t too shabby either with heaps of delightful options. Plus, the cleanliness of our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Hearing Access/Non-Smoking was top-notch. we felt right at home.

Just doesn’t match the price point. a bit of sprucing up wouldn’t hurt at all!

What a dissapointment! The bathroom smelled like a musty mop, and I could barely see in the dim elevator hallway. I paid extra for this room, yet no upgrade or any complimentary gestures were offered. Almost gave it a good review but just couldn't due to the broken pool and the rock hard beds. Ugh! !

I was utterly disappointed with my stay. The hotel was under renovation, and it was in disarray with no work being done during my visit. To make matters worse, the customer service was abysmal—the front desk staff seemed disinterested, and I felt completely ignored throughout the check-in process.

the pool was clean and open until 11:00 pm which was convienent. the shower did not drain well.

The common areas sparkled with cleanliness the staff were attentive and friendly making sure our needs were met.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We enjoyed exploring local spots like the Secrest Arboretum and Silver Run Vineyard & Winery. The service was friendly and efficient. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and we appreciated the clean, modern rooms.

While our stay was mostly excellent, I did find the bathroom amenities could use some improvement as I noticed a slight lack of variety compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently close to fun spots like Secrest Arboretum. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, which is always a hit with my small kid.

For dads, it would be great to have more seating by the pool.

I absolutely adored the bright, welcoming lobby which felt like home. The spacious room reminded me of my daughter’s cozy living room. The accessible facilities made moving around a breeze, perfect for us seniors!

More seating near the pool area would be helpful.
